FFVIII: Intro to Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy VIII is the "cult hit" of the FF series I think. The people who like it really like it and People who hate it really hate it. Personally it's my favorite one, and when I was nearing the end of FF7 I began to anticpate playing this one again!
For those that don't know Final Fantasy VIII was released on September 9th, 1999. Why the exact date and not just September 1999, like in the FF7 intro? That's because that date was important to me, no, not just because that was the date FF8 was orginally released, in fact, I didn't get FF8 until far later, like October 2000. What was important, was that was my 18th birthday. And I always thought that was cool.

They are no where near as detailed as this is likely to be, but they are very honest impressions of the first time totally throught the game for me.
